Designed with the look and feel of a traditional New England village featuring clapboard, shingle, brick and stone on its buildings, you’ll find much more than seaside charm here. Among its nearly 70 tenants are restaurants, retailers, service providers, medical practices, law firms, financials services, and professional offices, as well as a hotel, eight-screen cinema, preschool, and fitness center. The rest of the community includes a 100-room hotel, apartments, condominiums, independent and assisted living.
A circle at the end of “Main Street” is home to popular community events such as the weekly outdoor summer concerts featuring music from swing to country to rock n’ roll. Come winter, it’s the “Merry Merry Christmas” event starring Santa arriving by fire truck or horse drawn carriage and family activities that delight both young and old.
