Customer service and quality - those are the priorities of Dan Lantz, the proud new owner of Eloquence Fine Jewelry in South Kingstown, RI. Dan isn’t new to the jewelry industry. In fact, he owns and operates his own jewelry shops in East Greenwich and has been doing so for 15 years. Eloquence Jewelers is located on Post Road, as well as on Main Street, in East Greenwich, RI.
Dan does custom fabrication. He works one-on-one with you, the customer, from the very beginnings of designing a piece, to carving the wax, all the way to the final product. He can fabricate “just about anything.” So why jewelry? Dan took notice of how jewelry makes people happy. He enjoys working with his customers, whether they are simply looking for an accessory to add to a new outfit, or are looking for engagement or bridal rings. Dan started working in the industry while still in college by polishing for a jewelry manufacturer. He worked his way up through the ranks, apprenticed in the trade, and became a contract jeweler after only 6 and ½ years. He continued to work within the industry and was eventually employed by Eloquence Jewelers, which he later purchased. Dan has been a business owner since. He has now acquired his third shop in South County Commons.
Dan plans to take this store to the next level while still keeping the current appeals like the close knit community. Dan sees a lot of potential for Eloquence. He wants to build relationships in the South County area and offer more services and quality product. Dan will be able to do jewelry repair on premises, and if there is anything that Dan needs to have done off premises for jewelry work, he ensures that the services that he hires resides within Rhode Island in order to contribute to local businesses and to ensure speedy returns to the customer. The great thing about offering repairs in-store is that you as the customer know exactly who is working with your treasures. At Eloquence you talk to Dan and you know that your jewelry is safe and is getting the highest quality of service.
So be sure to visit Dan at Eloquence Fine Jewelry. You can expect amazing customer service, phenomenal product, and local designs – all from a family run business!
