Our story starts with Dad and his brother, who co-own the restaurant. Dad's been in the restaurant business for over 12 years and owned two other restaurants before this. But Taj is special. Here, we've combined our love for Indian and Nepalese dishes to create a menu that's truly unique. From house-made sauces to fresh bread baked daily, we put our heart and soul into every meal.
